How to Record Your Voicemail on Your Phone

You don’t need fancy equipment. Your smartphone’s voice memo app works great for recording a clear, natural voicemail message.

Recording on iPhone

Open the Voice Memos app (pre-installed on iPhones).
Tap the red Record button and speak clearly your voicemail script.
Tap the red Stop button when done.
Tap the recording, then select Share (the box with an arrow).
Choose to send it via email or text message to your DBM Success Team.

Recording on Android

(Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.)

Open the Voice Recorder app or any similar app installed.
Tap Record and say your voicemail script clearly.
Tap Stop when finished.
Find the recording in your app’s list. Tap it and select Share.
Send the recording to your DBM Success Team via email or text.
