The Paid Ads Overview helps you understand how effectively your ad spend is generating leads.
This includes performance across:
- Google Ads
- Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

Start With the Right Date Range
At the top of the report, you’ll see a date selector.
Most common use cases:
- Monthly review → Previous month
- Quarterly strategy → Full quarter
- Big picture view → Year-to-date or full year
There are also filters available, but in most cases:
👉 You won’t need to adjust them — they’re primarily used for internal reporting.
Key Metrics to Watch
This section breaks down how your ads are performing — from visibility to lead generation.
1. Ad Spend
- Total amount invested into ads during the selected timeframe
👉 This is your ads investment.
2. Impressions
- Number of times your ads were shown
👉 This reflects your visibility.
3. Clicks
- Number of people who clicked on your ads
👉 This shows interest and engagement.
4. Conversions (Leads)
- Number of leads generated from your ads
Includes:
- Phone calls
- Form submissions
👉 This is one of the most important metrics — it represents real opportunities.
5. Cost Per Conversion (Cost Per Lead)
- How much you’re paying to generate each lead
👉 Calculated as:
Ad Spend ÷ Conversions
6. Conversion Rate
- Percentage of clicks that turn into leads
👉 Calculated as:
Conversions ÷ Clicks
7. Cost Per Click (CPC)
- How much you’re paying for each click
👉 Calculated as:
