Sales Jumpstart Calendar: Your Guide to Smart, Automated Scheduling
Managing appointments is a key part of converting leads into booked projects—and with Sales Jumpstart, we’ve already done the heavy lifting for you. We’ve set up a suite of pre-built calendars designed to help you streamline scheduling and make every meeting count, whether it’s in-home, by phone, or in your showroom.
Let’s walk through what’s already in place and how to customize it for your business.
Pre-Built Calendar Types (Ready Out of the Box)
1. Phone Consultation Calendar
Perfect for early-stage leads who prefer to start with a quick phone call.
- Automations Included:
- Automatically moves the Opportunity to the "Consult Call" stage
- Sends an appointment confirmation + reminder series (email and SMS)
2. In-Home Consultation Calendar
Use this calendar to book in-home visits with prospects who are ready to take the next step.
- Customizable Availability: We’ll tailor the calendar to match your schedule and assign it to the right team member.
- Automations Included:
- Automatically moves the lead’s Opportunity Card to "Appointment Booked" in your pipeline
- Sends a confirmation email and text immediately
- Triggers a series of reminder messages leading up to the appointment
3. Design Center / Showroom Calendar (Optional)
If you operate a showroom or design center, we can set up a dedicated calendar to book those appointments too.
- Works just like the others: we plug in your hours, assign the right team members, and connect the right automation.
Each calendar is connected to your CRM and pipeline—so no more manual updates, lost leads, or missed appointments.
🔔 If you are not actively using your calendar booking features or there is a new calendar that you would like set up, connect with your Account Manager to schedule a time to flush out the setup process
Booking Appointments for Your Contacts
There are multiple ways to book appointments for your contacts, giving you the flexibility to schedule meetings directly from different areas in your CRM. Whether you're working from the Calendar, Contact, Opportunities, or Conversations pages, booking appointments is always just a few clicks away.
1. From the Calendar Page
Navigate to the Calendar page, click + New select the desired calendar, choose the contact, and select the date and time slot, then book the appointment
2. From the Contact Page
In the Contacts section, click on any contact to open their details. You’ll see the option to Book Appointment directly from their contact record. Just select the calendar and time, then save the appointment.
3. From the Opportunities Page
Go to the Opportunities page, open a specific lead’s opportunity card, and you'll find the option to Book Appointment directly within the opportunity's details. This is especially useful when you're moving leads through the sales pipeline and want to schedule consultations or meetings.
4. From the Conversations Page
While conversing with a contact, you can Book Appointment right from the conversation interface. Whether you're chatting via email or SMS, this option allows you to seamlessly transition from conversation to scheduling without leaving the page.

Managing Your Calendar Settings
Create or Edit Calendars
You can manage all calendars under Settings > Calendars, where you can:
- Add new calendars (if needed)
- Adjust availability or team assignments
- Update scheduling rules like buffer time, number of appointments per day, and more
- Set how far in advance people can book

Sharing Your Calendar Link
Make booking easy for your leads and clients by sharing a direct link to your calendar—no more back-and-forth about availability!
- Navigate to Calendars
- Select Calendar Settings
- Find the desired calendar
- Click the Share Calendar arrow
- Copy the scheduling link
- Send it directly to your contact
This way, your leads and clients can book at a time that works for both of you—effortlessly.
