1. What Is the Social Media Planner?
The Social Media Planner is your centralized dashboard to:

- Schedule posts ahead of time for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
- Review and manage all upcoming and published posts in a calendar view
- Connect and manage multiple social profiles in one place

2. Connecting Your Social Accounts
Before posting, you need to link your social media profiles to Sales Jumpstart.
Connect Your Facebook Page
- Go to Settings > Social Accounts in the platform.
- Click Connect Facebook and log in to your Facebook account.
- Grant permissions for Sales Jumpstart to manage your Facebook Pages.
- Select the Facebook Page(s) you want to connect for posting.
🔔 Only Facebook Business Pages can connect here (not personal profiles).
Connect Your Instagram Business Account
- Your Instagram account must be a Business Account linked to your Facebook Page.
- Follow the same connection process via Settings > Social Accounts.
- Ensure your Instagram Business Account is linked to the Facebook Page you have connected.
- Grant permissions as requested.
Once connected, you can schedule posts to Instagram directly from the planner.
3. Creating a Social Media Post
Step 1: Access the Social Media Planner
- Navigate to the Marketing > Social Planner menu in Sales Jumpstart.
Step 2: Start a New Post
- Click Create Post or the plus (+) button.
Step 3: Compose Your Post
- Add your post text (keep it engaging and relevant to your audience).
- Upload images or videos — the tool supports multiple media types.
- Add links or hashtags if desired.
- Select the social profile(s) you want to publish to (Facebook, Instagram, or both).
Step 4: Schedule Your Post
- Choose to Publish Now or Schedule for Later.
- Pick the date and time that works best for your audience engagement.
- Confirm and save your post.
4. Managing Your Scheduled and Published Posts
The Social Planner includes a Calendar View showing all your scheduled posts:

- View post details like status (Scheduled, Posted, Failed).
