What It Does

After a project is marked complete (moving the opportunity card in your Sales Pipeline to Project Complete), this automation then asks your customers to leave a Google review - helping you build a strong online reputation.

How It Works

  • Trigger: Opportunity moved to “Project Complete” stage
  • What Happens:
    • Sends an initial email asking for a review
    • If no review, sends a follow-up email and text a few days later
    • Sends a final reminder email and text if still no review (total 3-touch sequence)
